Aluminum honeycomb core has a hexagonal honeycomb structure like so many connected I-beams to disperse the pressure from panel. It makes the panel uniform strength and ensures panels keep high flatness over a large area. In addition, hollow honeycomb can also greatly reduce the thermal expansion of the sandwich panels.
Besides used in composite panels, bare core can be used in air filter and as grids in front of spotlights and photographic equipment, energy absorber etc.

Aluminum Alloy: 3003 & 5052;
Minimum Core Thickness: 3 mm;
Minimum Cell Size: 2 mm;
Foil Thickness: 0.036 mm-0.1 mm;
Max. Expanded Size: 1600*20000 mm.
Aluminum honeycomb core sheet can be customized into format includes block, unexpanded slices, expanded sheets, perforated or non-perforated and drilled honeycomb core.
