Bulk Paint Filling Machine

Application:
   Bulk Paint filling machine is used to fill Bitumen, ink, silicon, coating, paint, lubrication in bulk, such as 50L,100L,150L, 200L, 220L etc.

Working condition: 
    1.Components: filling system, weighing system, frame, pneumatic control and control system.
    2.Material Feeding mode: should be continuous and stable（by bitumen pump or hopper）
    3.Filling mode: underneath type (insert to drum mouth)
    4.Weighing system contains weighing bracket, sensor and weighing platform with non-power roller.
    5.Pneumatic control system controls fast and slow feeding valves.
    6.Control system: butterfly vlave, Intelligent control meter, high precision and stability.
